Moved into our house just 10 months ago and noticed very quickly that the old oil-based heating system in it was costing us an arm and a leg. Decided to change to gas and went, on Killian’s advice, for a complete install of a new combi gas boiler, 10 new rads with TRVs, and new piping throughout (to replace the old gunbarrel piping). Phenomenal job done by Aido, Phil and Lar. Punctual, professional, reliable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Entire job completed in 3 and a half days to a very high standard. I wanted to replace my old oil boiler with a new one, and also to have the fixtures on 6 radiators replaced with ones which would allow modern TRVs to be fitted.
Killian responded to my request within 24hrs and surveyed two days later with the quote arriving later that day. Once I accepted the quote he gave me a start time of two weeks. He met all the promised response times etc., and was very helpful and professional.
The lads who arrived on the agreed date, Adrian & Reece were a delight to work with. Clean, non-intrusive (as much as they could be), and just went about the business in hand. Everything was done and fully tested in a day.
That was back in July, and the system has only recently been used in earnest but has been faultless now for two months.

We required a full re-plumbing job which included switching from oil to gas. We were given NRM’s number by a friend who used them many times and vouched strongly for how good they are.

Kilian was incredibly efficient in getting back to my initial enquiry but what was most impressive was how, during the planning stage, he advised where the boiler, pipes etc should go to maximise heating efficiency within the house, without compromising on space, all within the budget we had.

Despite the size of the project, they made the whole process stress free.
